Shipping policy

How CREST products are shipped

CREST Products does not operate its own warehouse or shipping desk. Our inventory is stocked in Amazon's fulfilment network, and Amazon picks, packs and ships every order. This is deliberate — it is why delivery is fast and reliable.

Product pages on crestcorp.com exist to show you what we make and to link you to our Amazon listing. Buying on Amazon is the right way to order from CREST, and when you do, Amazon's shipping options, delivery estimates, tracking, Prime eligibility and shipping-related policies apply to your order. We do not set or control those.

If you order directly on crestcorp.com

The checkout on this site remains available, but because we hold no stock of our own, we treat any direct order as something to confirm rather than something we can promise to ship the same day.

  • We will contact you within 3 business days of your order to confirm that it can be fulfilled.
  • If it can, we will arrange dispatch and email you tracking as soon as the shipment is on its way.
  • If it cannot, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. You will not be charged for an order we cannot ship, and you will not be left waiting to find out.

We do not quote a delivery date on direct orders, because it would not be an honest one. If you need a firm delivery estimate, order through our Amazon listing instead.

Where we ship

United States only, including US territories where our carriers deliver. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Shipping addresses

Please check your address before you complete an order. We are not able to reroute a shipment once it has been dispatched, and we cannot refund an order lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the goods but not the original shipping cost.

Lost or delayed shipments

If a direct order has not arrived within 10 business days of the tracking showing dispatch, email us and we will chase the carrier and make it right. For Amazon orders, raise it through Amazon — they can resolve it far faster than we can.
